I have spent my entire professional career helping organizations understand the people they serve through in-person and face-to-face interviews, workshops and groups.

It is a tragedy that our small cities do not have the capacity or willingness to do this. I believe that a large percentage of our challenges are communications challenges. I have practical ideas on how to strengthen the spaces we use to make decisions, so we can move forward.
