The incumbent had been elected as Democrats: Eric Adams & Kamal Johnson

The incumbent is running again on a separate line: Eric Adams & Kamal Johnson

One candidate is Democratic establishment: Andrew Cuomo & Joe Ferris (who worked at big Democratic polling firm)

One candidate had a prominent politician as a father: Andrew Cuomo (Mario) & Joe Ferris (whose dad was assemblymen in Brooklyn)

One candidate is a bit of an outlier: Curtis Sliwa & Lloyd

One candidate is focused on innovative solutions that put people first : Zohran Mamdani & Me and my proposal for People’s Charter Reform, which is the closest thing to a truly radical idea we have had since UBI. (Which Kamal takes credit for, but did not actually deliver to Hudson).
